TuOro® guarantees that the jewelry identified in its individual certificate corresponds to the material and characteristics stated in the product description at the time of purchase.

The certificate may include:

When an order includes multiple units, an individual certificate may be generated for each one, even when the units are the same product and variant.

Authenticity Guarantee Coverage

Gold: The piece corresponds to the purity stated in the product description: 10K, 14K or 18K.
Silver: Pieces advertised as sterling silver correspond to 925 sterling silver.
Characteristics: The certificate supports the declared material and characteristics of the purchased piece.
Verification: The piece is inspected before being delivered or shipped to the customer.

What Is Not Covered by This Guarantee?

The authenticity guarantee certifies the declared material. It does not constitute a guarantee against every type of damage or wear occurring after delivery.

  • Normal wear resulting from use.
  • Impact, breakage, deformation or accidental damage.
  • Damage caused by chemicals, chlorine, cosmetics or cleaning products.
  • Alterations, adjustments or repairs performed by third parties.
  • Loss, theft or improper use of the jewelry.

Keep Your Certificate

We recommend keeping the individual certificate together with the purchase confirmation. These documents help identify the piece and support the information associated with the order.

The certificate must not be modified, duplicated with altered information or separated from the piece for which it was issued.
