At TuOro, our priority is that you feel happy and satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, we are here to help.

Return Period

We accept returns within 30 calendar days from the date you receive your order.

Conditions for Returns

To be eligible for a return:

• The item must be in its original condition, unused, and with original packaging and tags.

• For hygiene reasons, earrings are non-returnable unless they arrive damaged or defective.

• Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required.

Non-Returnable Items

Customized or personalized items are non-refundable unless they arrive damaged or defective.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original method of payment within a reasonable number of business days.
